I have been stashing new yarns and new patterns and have a list of knitting plans longer than my legs! I have been so overcome by ideas of what yarn to use next or which pattern I want to use before the next that I am sometimes paralyzed. I have made the following amendments to my knitting and buying plans for the next little while:
1. I will not buy another sweater quantity of yarn until I knit 2 sweaters with stashed sweater quantities.
3. I will not knit another Color Affection until I knit a Matchmaker and/or a Stripe Study or both.
5. I will not buy 3 more Martina Behm Patterns until I knit 2 more Martina Behm patterns.
6. I will not buy more Knitterly Things Vesper until I knit one more skein of Vesper.
7. I will not buy more of the same color of yarn I have in my stash, even on a different base, until I knit at least 3 skeins of the yarns that could fit this situation.
8. I will not buy more Miss Babs yarns until I either finish Tubularity or finish another Yowza project with Stash or the December Appreciation sale happens, whichever comes first.
9. I will not buy a new Alicia Plummer, Martina Behm, Melissa Schaschwary, Josh Ryks or Ysolda Teague pattern until I knit one of said author.
10. I will not buy any yarn that is not either a limited edition, a new addition on a base I haven't got any of, or with more than a 15% discount before the Florida Fiber In.
