I have been making progress on some of the socks i mention in the last blog entry. I show you first the Pumpkin Spice Fissility sock that just need a heel and a mate. This pattern is delightful to knit so I look forward to casting on the second sock very soon.
I also have cast on the Paw Tracks socks and am on the second repeat. I haven't printed the pattern and so this is progressing slowly since i have to have the pattern open on the laptop beside the chair while I knit. It is very cute though!
Last, I give you the plain vanilla sock in a self striping yarn. I am very happy with this, new to me, yarn by String Theory Colorworks. This is the Lanatus colorway in the Inertia base. I am just past the point of the afterthought heel (as evidenced by the little bow) and believe I will have enough yarn in the one skein for the pair without using any other yarn for heels.
I am very happy with each of these projects.
