The other ones

There are actually a couple of sweaters that I forgot about after I posted the other day.  I guess these shut up a little more than the last ones, but are still pretty chatty!

  • Flaming June.  I am not sure which yarn I want to use yet for this.  I also am not entirely sure I want to use two colors.  I do really like the look of it and it seems really doable.
  • Celery Cardigan.  This is so pretty!  I am attracted to it in the color it is knit with in the sample as well, since I am a huge fan of green.  I think this would be great in a variety of colors.
  • Knotical.  I have some yarn that could be used for this in a nude sort of pink cotton.  I also have almost enough in a mostly bamboo yarn.  I really like the look of this and it would be easy to wear in Florida and would look pretty decent on me I think.  It is also really tempting to make it in that rich blue the sample is knit in.
  • Canoe. This one is simple and attractive.  It would knit up really quick too, so that may move it ahead of some of the others I want to make.  I already have yarn for it as well.  I could see this getting cast on before the end of the year.
  • Lewis.  So lovely!  The pattern is free which is a bonus.  It is knit with fingering weight, so that is a bonus for wear-ability.  I bet this would be really great in Blue Sun, or maybe Raspberry Beret.
  • Grace.  Another one with the details that have made so many of these others patterns go on my list.
  • I want to make another sweater for DS.  Most likely I will make another simple raglan, but I also really want to make Baby Sophisticate.
  • I want to make DD a sweater or 5!  There are so many pretty little girl patterns.  I have the yarn set aside that I want to use for a worsted weight sweater for her, hopefully by the cooler days of fall and winter this year.  I also really want to make her a Cockle Shells.
